I agree with including more diversity but you’d have to do it in a way that the Japanese people don’t lose their culture because the reason they are so much ight unit is because for hundreds of years they couldn’t leave there land and now obviously they can but they still stick to there home. America for example a country that was made as a Christian country can not even talk about God because of the diversity. I'm full Filipino living in America with two immigrant parents. My best friend growing up was a half-blood white/Filipino. We got along super well. I've said it before online too, but, if you struggle with your "interracial" indentity, embrace both sides of yourself. You are both. Don't be ashamed or deny who you are, no matter what. Nothing wrong with being black or Asian or whatever.

My biggest problem at first was the language barrier. However, I eventually overcame it. If you have not heard of Immersive translate I think you should try it. It has helped me at first as a translator and eventually I started learning the language online via The app.

I was raised bilingually (English and Japanese), but I've turned down offers from companies asking me to work in Japan. I witness enough of the unappealing Japanese work culture while working for subsidiaries of Japanese companies in the US. Not only is the work-life balance terrible, they're in some ways stuck in the 1950s in terms of sexism and misogyny. Until Japan gets its act together in regards to their work culture (doubtful it'll happen in my lifetime), I have absolutely no desire to work there.
